FAQ – gallox clothing

Gallox are governed by the online and distance selling regulations. You can cancel and return your order up to 14 days after it is delivered. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling but please see the returns policy for further information regarding returning your items. Please see www.gov.uk (online and distance selling) for further details and your rights as a consumer.

Standard UK delivery by Royal Mail (Free over £75) is £2.95. For parcels going anywhere in Europe the price starts at £10 but can vary depending on weight, volume and destination. Gallox will contact you via email to inform you of any extra charges, which you will need to confirm before your goods will be dispatched. Please contact us at hello@gallox.co.uk if you have not received your package within 14 days of ordering your goods and we will track your order.

Yes, we do, for parcels going anywhere outside of Europe the price starts at £15 but can vary depending on weight, volume, and destination. Gallox will contact you via email to inform you of any extra charges, which you will need to confirm before your goods will be dispatched.

If you live outside of the EU then you will usually incur customs charges, this is out of our control, and is a cost to you the customer.

We hope that you love your Gallox clothing but if you are not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt of parcel. All we ask is that the clothing is returned with the original labels attached. We strive to reduce waste even with our recyclable packaging, if you can re-use the original outer packaging please make sure to remove/cover any old shipping labels. We know that you will need to try the clothing on, please be careful not to mark or damage the clothing, as we may not accept the returns should we feel the clothing has been marked or appears to have been worn for prolonged periods of time. Once we have received your clothing and processed it, we aim to refund you (back to the original payment method) within 7-10 working days.

We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order at www.gallox.co.uk

In our first year of production, 70% of all products are manufactured in the UK and to narrow that down even further 50% are made in Devon. We have also carefully sourced manufacturers in India and Vietnam who provide both safe and clean working environments for their employees. These workers also get higher wages and more holiday time than legally required.

We are confident that all our clothes are up to the demands that you can throw at them, because of this, all our clothes will come with a 1-year guarantee.

We also appreciate that our clothes are designed to be worn outside and subjected to the elements. Therefore, we offer a free (for three-years) fixing service with our premium garments (shirts, trousers, jeans, Wool jacket, and waterproof jacket).
