We hope that you love your Gallox clothing but if you are not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt of parcel. All we ask is that the clothing is returned with the original labels attached and that you drop us an email with your order number on to email@example.com when you have sent the item(s) for return.
We strive to reduce waste even with our recyclable packaging, if you can re-use the original outer packaging please make sure to remove/cover any old shipping labels. We know that you will need to try the clothing on, please be careful not to mark or damage the clothing, as we may not accept the returns should we feel the clothing has been marked or appears to have been worn for prolonged periods of time. Once we have received your returned clothing and processed it, we aim to refund you (back to the original payment method) within 7-10 working days.
All our clothing is quality checked before being sent out to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item(s), or you feel that your Gallox garment is not up to our high standard, please drop us an email within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. You will need to attach some photos so we can review the issue you are reporting. We will contact you and resolve the problem ASAP. Should you need to return your faulty item(s) we will refund the cost of returns postage.
We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order at www.gallox.co.uk
As you, the customer, are arranging the returns, Gallox takes no responsibility in the unlikely event that your package goes missing in transit. We highly recommend that you take out insurance to cover the price of clothing that you are shipping from the courier/provider and keep the receipt with a tracking reference number. You will need proof of postage/receipt should you wish to make a claim for your missing parcel from the courier.
